The cost of a concrete floor in a building

The cost of a concrete floor consists of the foundation, the floor itself and the work performed. The bare material price depends on the type of concrete used with its corresponding strength class. Ready-mixed concrete is on average a third more expensive than self-mixed concrete.

The normal price range is between eighty and 300 euros per cubic meter, although any reinforcement can double the costs. This applies to both the ground and the concrete foundation.

The costs are increased by a waterproof connection between the concrete floor and building walls, as is the case with the white tub in the basement of residential buildings. The cost of the work depends heavily on the local conditions. A price range of fifty to 200 euros per cubic meter can be calculated here. A concrete floor in a building should cost 500 euros per square meter.
