With THIS photo Hilary Duff defies nasty headlines about her character

Celebrity mom and actress Hilary Duff says, "I'm not perfect - so what?!"

Hilary Duff has been in the spotlight since she was six years old. So it is nothing new for them to be photographed by paparazzi and read nasty or even false reports about themselves in the press. Nevertheless, she is currently fed up with critical media reports about her person - and her figure.

The actress is currently on a well-deserved beach vacation with her 5-year-old son Luca. But even there, the 30-year-old is on the trail of the paparazzi and takes lots of pictures of her on the beach. The photos are a hit for the press, because magazines and magazines sell much better with nasty comments on Duff's character.

Thank God the celebrity mom knows how to defend herself against it. And so she simply posts an "unfavorable " shot herself, as if shot by a paparazzo, and sends a quick-witted message:

I am posting this on behalf of young girls, women, and mothers of all ages. I 'm enjoying a vacation with my son after a long season of shooting and being away from him for weeks at a time over those months. Since websites and magazines love to share 'celeb flaws ' - well I have them! My body has given me the greatest gift of my life: Luca, 5 years ago. I 'm turning 30 in September and my body is healthy and gets me where I need to go. Ladies, lets be proud of what we 've got and stop wasting precious time in the day wishing we were different, better, and unflawed. You guys (you know who you are!) already know how to ruin a good time, and now you are body shamers as well. kissmyass ?✌?

I am posting this photo for all young girls, women, and mothers of all ages. I enjoy a vacation with my son after a long time filming, during which I had to be separated from him for months and weeks. Because websites and magazines love to share the "flaws" of celebrities - well, I have some!

Girls, let's be proud of what we have and stop wasting time wishing we were different, better, or flawless. You guys (you know who you are) already know how to ruin a good time, and now you're a bodyshamer too.

Duff has had enough of being pilloried for her character - especially since there's absolutely nothing wrong with the actress and mother's body! We applaud this quick-witted reaction and hope that the "Bodyshamer " have finally learned their lesson.
